Mit 100ml Wei\u00dfwein abl\u00f6schen und einkochen lassen. Unter st\u00e4ndigem R\u00fchren vorsichtig nach und nach 1L Fleischbr\u00fche zugeben und<br \/>\n15-20min kochen, bis der Reis gar ist. Ein paar Minuten bevor der Reis gar ist, 250g gr\u00fcnen Spargel in Scheibchen schneiden und dem Risotto hinzuf\u00fcgen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
