kleines Powerpaket! Da bei diesem Smoothie keine zus\u00e4tzliche Fl\u00fcssigkeit hinzugegeben wird, besitzt er eine festere Konsistenz und ist ganz wunderbar zum L\u00f6ffeln geeignet. Verfeinert mit sogenannten Toppings (Haferflocken, Chia- und Leinsamen, N\u00fcssen etc.) wird daraus ein leckeres und nahrhaftes Fr\u00fchst\u00fcck aus der Sch\u00fcssel.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Sei schlau \u2013 starte Blau<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<em>ca. 200 Gramm Blaubeeren<\/em><br \/>\n<em>\u00bd -1 Banane<\/em><br \/>\n<em>1 gro\u00dfe Handvoll Melden (ggfs.
