Inzwischen kommt er wieder mehr in Mode, selbst als k\u00e4ufliches Angebot im Naturkostbereich. Sein angenehm s\u00e4uerlicher und frischer Geschmack f\u00fcgt sich in viele Gerichte gut ein, auch kann er Zitrone oder Essig in der K\u00fcche ersetzen und passt somit sehr gut zu Fisch. Dann am besten gleich verwenden, denn getrocknet verliert er sein k\u00f6stliches Aroma.<br \/>\nKeine Lust zu kochen? Macht nix, auch auf einfachem K\u00e4sebrot ist er ein Hit.
