Bei letzterer sind Lauch sowie Zwiebeln gleicherma\u00dfen verwendbar &#8211; wie praktisch!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.ruehlemanns.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/gruene_sosse_2.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3080\" alt=\"gruene_sosse_2\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.ruehlemanns.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/gruene_sosse_2.jpg\" width=\"880\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.ruehlemanns.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/gruene_sosse_2.jpg 880w, https:\/\/blog.ruehlemanns.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/gruene_sosse_2-300x204.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.ruehlemanns.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/gruene_sosse_2-440x300.jpg 440w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 880px) 100vw, 880px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Rezepte f\u00fcr eine Gr\u00fcne So\u00dfe gibt es sehr viele &#8211; wir probierten folgende, sehr simple Variante:<br \/>\nKr\u00e4uter und Zwiebeln sehr klein hacken, mit Schmand (oder saurer Sahne) und Joghurt nach Geschmack mischen, dann mit Salz, Pfeffer, ein wenig \u00d6l, einer Prise Zucker und etwas Zitronensaft abschmecken. Das Ganze k\u00fchl stellen und durchziehen lassen.
