Ursula Schr\u00f6der referierte \u00fcber Chili als W\u00fcrz- und Heilpflanze, gab viele praktische Tipps zur Verwendung in der K\u00fcche und hatte f\u00fcr die ganz direkte Chili-Erfahrung diverse Kostproben in unterschiedlichen Sch\u00e4rfestufen mitgebracht. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kraeuter-und-duftpflanzen.de\/Pflanzen-und-Saatgut\/Gagelstrauch-Guduchi\/Gewuerzpaprika-und-Chili-\/Mini-Chili-Bonsai-Chili-Pflanze\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Mini-Chili<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kraeuter-und-duftpflanzen.de\/Pflanzen-und-Saatgut\/Gagelstrauch-Guduchi\/Gewuerzpaprika-und-Chili-\/Chili-Ecuador-Purple-Pflanze\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Chili &#8218;Equador Purple&#8216;<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kraeuter-und-duftpflanzen.de\/Pflanzen-und-Saatgut\/Gagelstrauch-Guduchi\/Gewuerzpaprika-und-Chili-\/Tabasco-Pflanze\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Tabasco<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kraeuter-und-duftpflanzen.de\/Pflanzen-und-Saatgut\/Gagelstrauch-Guduchi\/Gewuerzpaprika-und-Chili-\/Martinique-Chili-Pflanze\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><strong>Martinique-Chili<\/strong><\/span><\/a> <span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif\">hatte sie in Brot &amp; Marmelade, Hackb\u00e4llchen &amp; Pizza, \u00d6l und eingelegtem Schafsk\u00e4se verarbeitet. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,sans-serif\">W\u00e4hrend es bei den drei erstgenannten Sorten auch ganze Schoten zum W\u00fcrzen sein d\u00fcrfen, sollte der Martinique-Chili nur seeeehr sparsam verwendet werden. In der Chili-K\u00fcche gilt grunds\u00e4tzlich: Nachw\u00fcrzen geht immer! Mit Gelierzucker 2 zu1 vemischen und 10 &#8211; 20 Stunden stehen lassen. 3 &#8211; 4 entkernte Chilischoten &#8218;Ecuador Purple&#8216; dazu geben und alles p\u00fcrieren.
