Aufgrund ihrer medizinischen Eigenschaften ist sie aber sehr nahrhaft und voller guter Inhaltsstoffe. L\u00f6wenzahn ist eine Pflanze die in ihrer Gesamtheit verzehrt werden kann. Am n\u00e4chsten Tag das Wasser mit einem feinen Sieb abseihen. Die Bl\u00fcten mit 500g Zucker, 2 Zimtstangen und 1 TL ganzen Nelken in einen Topf geben und langsam aufkochen, bis eine sirupartige Konsistenz entsteht. Die Masse in eine gefettete und gemehlte Backform gie\u00dfen und bei 180\u00b0C ca. 35-40 Minuten backen.
