Timing, Zutaten und etwas Geduld. F\u00fcr 1 Liter Eis brauchen wir ca. 30-40 frische Waldmeisterst\u00e4ngel (diese m\u00fcssen unbedingt vor der Bl\u00fcte gesammelt werden), 500ml Milch, 250g Sahne und 150g Zucker.<\/p><p>Nachdem ihr die Waldmeisterst\u00e4ngel gepfl\u00fcckt habt, legt ihr diese f\u00fcr etwa 4-6 Std zum welken an einen schattigen Ort, damit das volle Aroma vom Waldmeister entfaltet wird.<\/p><p>Danach gebt ihr die angewelkten St\u00e4ngel in die Milch und erhitzt alles vorsichtig. Aber Vorsicht, auf keinen Fall kochen lassen.
