Dann wird der Buchweizen in ein Sieb gegeben und abtropfen gelassen. Bitte nicht noch mal sp\u00fclen. Nachdem das Wasser abgetropft ist, kommt der eingeweichte Buchweizen in einen Standmixer und wird mit 150 ml Wasser aufgegossen und zu einem relativ fl\u00fcssigen Brei gemixt.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.ruehlemanns.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/dsc00350.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14014\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.ruehlemanns.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/dsc00350.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.ruehlemanns.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/dsc00350.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/blog.ruehlemanns.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/dsc00350-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.ruehlemanns.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/dsc00350-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blog.ruehlemanns.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/dsc00350-450x300.jpg 450w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Den Brei gr\u00fcndlich mit den Flohsamen und dem Salz verr\u00fchren und in eine runde Brotbackform oder Sch\u00fcssel geben. Die Sch\u00fcssel kommt nicht mit in den Backofen und muss daher nicht hitzebest\u00e4ndig sein.<\/p>\n<p>Den Teig abgedeckt mindestens eine Nacht ruhen lassen.
