Dabei wird \u00fcber mehrere Stunden kaltes Wasser, tropfenweise, auf gemahlenen Kaffee gegeben. So entsteht ein kr\u00e4ftiger, kalter Kaffee. Seit dem 17. Jahrhundert ist diese Herstellungsweise bekannt. Niederl\u00e4ndische Seeleute haben auf ihren Reisen durch die asiatischen Kolonien eine Vorform von <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Cold<\/span> <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Drip<\/span> entwickelt. Der kalt gebr\u00fchte Kaffee hei\u00dft dort auch heute noch \u201e<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Dutch<\/span> <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Coffee<\/span>\u201c. Mit neutralem Alkohol (zum Beispiel Wodka) lassen sich durch Mazeration \u00e4therische \u00d6le von Kr\u00e4utern und Gew\u00fcrzen ausziehen. Er ist stark, herb und sehr w\u00fcrzig. F\u00fcr den <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Rosmarinwodka<\/span> haben wir das <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Cold<\/span> <span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Drip<\/span> Verfahren benutzt. Hierf\u00fcr ist der Wodka langsam und f\u00fcr mehrere Stunden \u00fcber unseren <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kraeuter-und-duftpflanzen.de\/pflanzen-saatgut\/rapunzel-ruhmesblume\/rosmarin\/rosmarin-arp-pflanze\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Rosmarin \u201e<span class=\"hiddenSpellError\">Arp<\/span>\u201c<\/a> getropft. Alles miteinander verr\u00fchren. Ein weiteres Glas mit frischen Eisw\u00fcrfeln f\u00fcllen und den Cocktail dazugie\u00dfen.
