In der Zwischenzeit lassen wir 100 g Zucker karamellisieren, dieser wird mit in den Sud gegeben und 10 min. mitgekocht.<\/p>\n<p>Nun kann man das Ganze noch mit etwas Sojasauce abschmecken und danach durch ein Sieb geben. Die gewonnene Fl\u00fcssigw\u00fcrze noch einmal kurz aufkochen und eventuell noch mit etwas Johannisbrotkernmehl andicken. Kartoffeln, M\u00f6hren, Wei\u00dfkohl, Kohlrabi, Porree und Sellerie, mehr braucht es nicht.
