Heute habe ich einige Varianten ausprobiert und die mit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kraeuter-und-duftpflanzen.de\/Wuerzkraeuter\/Minze-Minzestrauch\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Minze<\/strong> <\/a>kann ich sehr empfehlen, denn die Minze bringt an hei\u00dfen Tagen k\u00fchlende Frische ins s\u00fc\u00dfe Essen. Die Russische Pfefferminze in einen halben Liter Kakao, die Thai-Minze in einen halben Liter mit 3 TL Honig ges\u00fc\u00dfte Milch geben. Beides \u00fcber Nacht im K\u00fchlschrank ziehen lassen.<br \/>\nAm n\u00e4chsten Tag die Kr\u00e4uter abfiltern und mit je zwei Eiern verquirlen. Toastscheiben in der Masse gut einweichen lassen.
