Im Freiland dagegen steht der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kraeuter-und-duftpflanzen.de\/search?sSearch=tul01\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Zimmerknoblauch<\/strong><\/a> in voller Bl\u00fcte.<\/p>\n<p>\u201e<em>Na, daraus k\u00f6nnten wir doch was Leckeres zaubern!<\/em>\u201c, dachte sich Michaela, schritt zur Tat und hier kommt das sehr gelungene Rezept:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.ruehlemanns.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/pilzkraut_5.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10556\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.ruehlemanns.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/pilzkraut_5.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"880\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.ruehlemanns.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/pilzkraut_5.jpg 880w, https:\/\/blog.ruehlemanns.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/pilzkraut_5-300x205.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blog.ruehlemanns.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/pilzkraut_5-768x524.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blog.ruehlemanns.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/pilzkraut_5-440x300.jpg 440w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 880px) 100vw, 880px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Gef\u00fcllte Champignons mit Pilzkraut und Zimmerknoblauchbl\u00fcten<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>500g gro\u00dfe Champignons putzen, die Stiele vorsichtig rausziehen und beiseite legen.<br \/>\n2 kleine Zwiebeln, die Pilzstiele, 2 Handvoll Pilzkraut und 1 Handvoll Knoblauchbl\u00fcten klein schneiden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Pilzk\u00f6pfe auf ein mit Backpapier ausgelegtes Backblech legen und den Backofen auf 200\u00b0C (Ober-\/Unterhitze) vorheizen.<\/p>\n<p>Zwiebel, Pilzw\u00fcrfel und die Kr\u00e4uter in wenig Butter kurz in der Pfanne anbraten.
